General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

1. PREAMBLE
The company WeKady Golf Europe, operating the website www.wekady.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"), offers for sale connected golf trolleys and associated accessories.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered on the Site.
Any order placed on the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
3.1. Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the Site, subject to available stock.
Each product is accompanied by a detailed description, photos and technical specifications.
3.2. Availability
If a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed and will be able to choose:

The prices shown on the Site are expressed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges.
Delivery charges are specified when the order is validated and vary depending on the destination and the delivery method chosen.
WeKady Golf Europe reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed at the rate in effect at the time the order is validated.
5. ORDER
5.1. Ordering Process
The customer places their order via the Site by following these steps:
1. Select products and add to cart.
2. Confirmation of shopping cart and selection of delivery method.
3. Customer identification (creating an account or logging in).
4. Validation of personal information and choice of payment method.
5. Acceptance of the terms and conditions and validation of payment.
An order confirmation email is sent to the customer after payment has been validated.
5.2. Order Cancellation
All orders that have been validated and paid for are final and binding. However, in the event of a clear error (abnormally low price, undisclosed stock shortage), WeKady Golf Europe reserves the right to cancel the order and fully refund the customer.
6. PAYMENT
6.1. Accepted payment methods
Payment is made online via the following methods:

6.2. Payment security
Transactions are secured by an approved provider guaranteeing the protection of banking data.
No banking data is stored on WeKady Golf Europe's servers.
7. DELIVERY
7.1. Delivery times and methods
The products are shipped to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
Delivery times are given as a guide and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
In the event of a delay of more than 30 days after order confirmation, the customer may request cancellation of the order and be refunded within 14 days.
7.2. Delivery charges
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package, the shipping method chosen, and the destination.
7.3. Verification upon receipt
Upon receipt of the package, the customer must check the condition of the product and report any anomalies within 48 hours to the carrier and WeKady Golf Europe.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
8.1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification.
8.2. Return Procedures
The customer must return the product in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging, accompanied by the return slip.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error by WeKady Golf Europe.
The refund is issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

9. WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE
9.1. Legal Guarantee
The products are covered by the following legal guarantees:
9.2. Commercial Warranty
WeKady products come with a 2-year commercial warranty, covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
❌ Normal wear and tear of the product.
❌ Misuse or improper maintenance.
❌ Damage caused by an accident or unauthorized modification.

10. RESPONSIBILITY
WeKady Golf Europe cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the product, customer negligence, or force majeure.

WeKady Golf Europe processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the GDPR.

12. DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts.
The customer may also resort to a consumer mediator, in accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
